HyperX Alloy Origins Core Gaming Keyboard

With lots of gaming keyboards selling out there in the market, you may wonder which one to go for? Or which one is the best? I would choose HyperX over any other gaming keyboards. Right from the price to value of money to the specs they provide.

So, what makes something a Gaming Keyboard?

Is it the Looks or Fit and finish or the Quality?

It is actually all three. HyperX would have really spent a lot of time and effort on R&D to come up with something like this.

The moment you hold the keyboard in your hand, it will give you an epic feel which I have never felt on any other keyboard. The Aluminium finish gives out a rich and sturdy look. This keyboard features a tenkeyless design that makes it look very compact and the custom HyperX mechanical switches have enough room for your fingers to toggle through each key.

The Alloy origins core made from the same aluminum that is present in the alloy but there is a considerable weight difference between them both.

Talking about the keys, the Alloy Origins Core comes with

HyperX NGENUITY (RGB) Software

Apart from the stunning Gaming keyboard, HyperX offers a powerful and innate RGB software called “NGENUITY”, to bring out your artistic senses. In this Software you can set up lighting and effects for every key according to your taste, you can create and store macros, like what happens when you press a key, this software has a library of presets from which you can select an effect and you can also customize keyboard game mode.

Final verdict:

The keyboard is super good and is a good upgrade to the Alloy FPS Pro which is a standard mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX Red Switches and single color LED which is Red. Whereas the Alloy Classic Origins is a fully RGB Keyboard with the NGENUNITY support.

The specific keyboard I used is a Cherry MX red switch version keyboard and has a Type C connector while the Alloy FPS Pro has a classic USB connector.

Apart from the overall changes of the keyboard, this keyboard also comes with aluminum grade body with TKL design. This keyboard also has three profiles to save your onboard memory.
