It’s not November yet and Apple has already announced its new 13 inch MacBook Pro with a Magic Keyboard. The new laptop also has an option to go for the latest Intel 10th gen processors with a starting price of $1,299.
Spec-wise, there’s a very little bump in spec compared with the previous-gen MacBook pros. The better side of this spec bump, more of an upgrade is that there’s no more of the crappy Butterfly Keyboard mechanism.
If you didn’t know, the previous MacBook Pro’s Butterfly Keyboard mechanism has a repetitive typing issue where a single key response is recorded multiple times, the key getting stuck in the keyboard, the key getting unresponsive and more.
The latest one comes with a better and improved version of the Butterfly Keyboard mechanism and lately, Apple has been moving out from those types of keyboards to a better version of the keyboard. Namely, the Scissor Switch keyboard. In short, in the span of 5 years keyboard is almost out of manufacture as the newer gen keyboards are introduced.
