HTC hasn’t been in action for a year-long time, is now trying to catch up in 2020 by introducing its latest product HTC U Ear earbuds.

The photos of the earbuds reveal that it looks just like Apple’s AirPods that is being painted black. Not only the earbuds but also the case looks similar to Apple’s second-generation AirPods. The U Ear earbuds spot a glossy plastic finish,  same rounded earbud tip, and a stem that extends down to the ear.

But there are Three sizeable differences that the HTC u Ear earbuds bolsters, the charging port is located at the end of the case of the earbuds, the earbuds itself has the charging pins at the front side of them unlike the AirPods which has the charging pins at the end tips, and the case opens fully like a jewel box instead of flipping only the top lid.

The photos uploaded by Android Police reveal that the earbuds are 44 mm in height and 18 mm in width and the case of the earbuds uses Type-C pin for charging. And we think these earbuds will be budget-oriented earbuds, and hence it will not support a wireless charging feature.

As far as the pricing is concerned, we don’t have a solid answer but we will definitely keep an eye on it and will report once they have been finalized or leaked!
